Le Vent et La Solitude

I really wanted to name this piece differently than 'piece in G minor for string quartet', and since the overall atmosphere kind of reminds me of a lonely, windy evening, I chose this name. I composed the melody a few weeks ago (on the piano) and decided it would be really nice to arrange it for a string quartet!

String Trio

For some reason I have always wanted to compose a trio, especially for strings. This piece is not very 'complex' but I still like it. I especially enjoyed writing the second part (with the 16th notes)

Habanera en Do Mineur

I wrote this for our music theory project, which is about dance this year!

Mazurka Phrygienne

This is something I've composed for my music theory class as well. The task was to choose one of the 'modes', which is why it sounds slightly 'strange'. As the name says, this is in E Phrygian.

Ensemble Piece No1

This is more of an 'attempt' to compose something for a large ensemble. (however, clarinet and trumpet are NOT transposed. Noteflight doesn't let you transpose it, without it not fitting the key, etc...)
