Le Boléro Mysterieux

This year's theme for our music theory exam (where we will play all the other pieces I have composed for this class, which you can all find on my site) is 'Dances', and 'old dances' more specifically. We had to compose things using special scales, and the whole tone scale was one of them. Just for fun, I decided to try and compose something with it, using the typical 'bolero' rhythm. We will not be using this piece for our exam, but I still do think it's interesting to publish. The result is certainly not something I would listen to on a regular basis, but since it's something completely different from what I listen to/compose, I think it makesit more interesting in some way.

Bourrée de Pékin

This is also something I've composed for my music theory class.

Piece for Two Guitars

This is my second guitar composition. It is rather simple, compared to someensemble pieces I've written, but I think it doesn't have tobe more complicated than that. I started composing this on the piano, when I thought itmight be a good idea to have two guitars play it. I then continued on my guitar, and this is the result.

Light Jazzy Feeling

I TRIED to compose something jazzy, though this is nota full success yet. I'll keep working on my jazz skills. I do like the melody and how turned out in the end. (Again, the saxophone has not been transposed).

This was my first guitar  composition!
